Alex Castillo MA / Office Manager

Alex has been an Office Manager here for 3 years. His duties include handling the front desk, billing, activity coordination, referral coordination, hiring, etc. In addition, Joel does the marketing and maintains the website in order to increase the patient attendance at the clinic. Since Alex has been at the clinic, the yearly audit for children’s vaccines went from a 56 percent to 92 percent in just one year. His secret to success has been his perseverance.

Alex attended El Centro Community College and completed the Certified Medical Assistant Program. He is also in the process of taking the Nurses Program at El Centro Community College too.
